The meeting room reserved to our Clients can accommodate up to 14/15 people comfortably seated around a table, or up to 20 if arranged in rows.
The room can be used for business meetings, presentations, instruction, personnel selection, show room etc.; is is the most adequate answer, both for costs and image, when a place to meet people is required. It is comfortable, easy to reach and fitted with all the necessary equipment, that you can use only when you need it.
Analog, ISDN and ADSL internet connections can be established; there are two telephone sets, color TV and VHS recorder, multimedia projector, overhead projector, easel stand with flip chart, projection screen.
If required, the front desk will support you for all your needs: making copies, sending faxes, coffee for your guests
We can also provide a powerful and versatile videoconference set, perfect for professionals and small or large firms.
Business contacts, updates, product and service presentations, periodic meetings, personnel training are streamlined by getting rid of travel time and cost.
The system can connect to similar sets as well as any professional videoconference system based on compatible standards.
