The service includes:

  • Available 7/24 independent access.

  • Use of a dedicated room, well furnished, with one or more desks, with all the equipment required for filing documents and receiving visitors.

  • Use of one or more advanced digital phone sets in the office, linked to the Centre's 20 lines digital PABX

  • Use of one or more DID phone numbers and personalized answering from the front desk

  • Use of the street address and fax number of the center, that the Client can add to all stationery (letterheads, business cards, brochures, etc.) also as a registered office address

  • Connectivity to the internet in all rooms (analog, ISDN or ADSL)

  • Continuous front desk manning from 8.30 am to 19.30, Saturday morning upon request

  • Front desk service, mail and fax handling, incoming calls and visitors screening

  • Front desk service, mail and fax handling, incoming calls and visitors screening in a foreign language

  • The cooperation of a secretary, that will assist the Client for all voice communications upon his specific instructions

The service includes the following costs:

  • heating

  • air conditioning

  • electricity

  • hoa fees

  • trash collection

  • cleaning

  • maintenance
