Telephone secretary
This service includes:

use of a dedicated phone number, that the Client can add to all stationery (letterheads, business cards, brochures, etc.)

the assistance of a secretary, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, that will answer incoming phone calls in the Client's name, note messages in appropriate forms, and, upon specific instructions, assist the Client for all voice communications and transfer incoming phone calls to any fixed or mobile phone .
Mail secretary
This service includes:

use of the International Business Centre's street address, that the Client can show in his own letterhead

Client's name added to the bell plaque

Client's sign added to the directories outside the main entrance and front desk entrance upon request

assistance of a secretary that will collect the mail, hold it and notify the Client daily.

the Client can have his mail forwarded to another address or collect it personally during front desk hours
Fax secretary
This service includes:

use of the International Business Center's fax number, that the Client can show in his own letterhead
